Needs assessment meeting

We will have a discussion about the course, we will take your needs and objectives into consideration and decide whether any alterations need to be made to better fit your needs.

During this first meeting it is good for us to meet the person or group of people who will attend the course so we can assess their level of knowledge as well as understand what each individual want to get out of the course.

We will agree on a date and location for the course. This can be in your office / shop or we can arrange another location if required.

Course day

The course will run for a half day (approximately 3 hours) or a full day (approximately 6 hours). We can be flexible depending on the times that suit you or your business best.

As these are usually very hands on courses we recommend that each attendee has access to a computer.

The course will generally comprise of two main elements:

  • Training – the training will cover methods and techniques using a PowerPoint presentation and / or live demos
  • Activities – Attendees will use their learnings to work on real life cases, usually relating to their business, with the help of the trainer.

Questions are of course welcome throughout the day. At the end of the course, handouts and a certificate of completion will be given out.

Templates pack

At the end of the course you will be able to download a set of templates, so you can apply your learning to your business.
